Emma completed a PhD in Psychology in cognitive functioning and health in older adults. She is currently working as a Clinical Study Officer on an NIHR funded clinical trial investigating the effects of a health supplement in heart failure patients, at the Bristol Trials Centre, University of Bristol. She has experience designing and running interventional studies and of teaching statistics to undergraduate students. After her move to clinical trials, she has experience setting up and coordinating clinical trials, including CTIMPs.
